Account Manager
We're after an Account Manager to work across online and offline projects, so ideally you'll have experience of both. You'll have the skills of a project manager in that you'll always know what stage a project's at, how much it will cost and how long it will take. But that won't be enough. You'll need to have a good creative awareness, understand the importance of a creative brief, demonstrate true attention to detail and be naturally comfortable in front of clients. Digital Media Producer
If you know the ins and outs of the Internet and understand the importance of IAs, UIs, content, accessibility and the impact of search and user-generated content, then we'd like to hear from you.
Working across different project teams consisting of account managers, creatives and developers you'd be responsible for the production and delivery of online projects in our busy creative studio including:
- Contribution to the client brief
- Preparing site architectures
- Preparing wireframes and defining userpaths
- Preparing technical and functional specs
- Final QA of projects
With a minimum of 3 years agency experience and good communication / team working skills, you'd be expected to have knowledge in the following areas:
- Online production processes
- Design processes
- Business and marketing processes
- Adobe Illustrator/OmniGraffle (for producing architectures and wireframes)
- MS Office
- Current trends in functionality
- Current trends in search
