The Process

Lindsays approached the residents of the streets the Brewers identified in the Grange, writing to each resident by name.
We then created a shortlist for the Brewers to view from the responses that matched their requirements. From this shortlist they found a property they were interested in purchasing in a location they loved.

Our Managing Director of Residential Property Mark Coulter viewed the property before recommending the Brewers go forward with the purchase. The owner of the property, Irene Scott had already decided to put her property on the market and downsize.
