This delightful family home is offered to the market in pristine condition having been lovingly and comprehensively upgraded by its current owners. With stylish décor and attention to detail, it also offers simply stunning views across the loch with beautifully manicured gardens from which to appreciate them. A covered entrance with seating area is the first of many vantage points and this leads into the hallway from which all accommodation is accessed. The dual aspect lounge with large window that frames the view has patio doors leading out to the side. The generous kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of units with integrated appliances and gas range as well as a large dining area and door to the rear. There are 4 bedrooms and the master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room, walk in wardrobe and dressing room with triple aspect. The luxurious family bathroom has been upgraded and comprises a corner bath, quadrant shower enclosure, vanity wash hand basin and WC. Externally the property sits on a large plot with an area of approximately 1 acre of woodland to the rear. A driveway provides parking for several vehicles and leads to a single garage as well as further storage under the property. The beautifullly landscaped gardens are a joy to behold with dedicated spaces from which to enjoy the vista, lawns and mature colourful planting. Additionally there is an area of loch frontage available to rent for a nominal annual fee.

“Maurice Allan came to our flat to give us an idea on what it would sell for, and also guided our bid price on the new house... both of his estimates were spot on! He certainly knows the market.”

“From the off, Lindsays, and in particular Tracy Nicoll, provided a level of professionalism and competence that was both refreshing and reassuring. I believe the quality of Lindsays and Tracy's input to overall sales process helped determine the excellent sales outcomes. The house sales process, quite often fraught with stress and uncertainty, was managed and made simple by the Lindsays team, for which I am extremely grateful.”

“From the very first appointment I had with David (White) and through Mairi's (Innes) compassion and professionalism in dealing with our mother's estate, I felt we were treated as individuals, had time to process information , with no pressure to make quick decisions. In addition Simon (Smith) provided sound and comprehensive advice on CGT matters and guided us through what was to us a complicated procedure.”

“It took me a while to buy a place in Edinburgh as I wasn't sure about the location and size of flat I wanted. I got there in the end with your excellent help, support and service. Particularly on the Edinburgh market which helped me to work out how much to offer for the property. During my house purchase I was very impressed with the due diligence and duty of care I received from Francesca throughout the process. I will recommend you to others and if I need any other legal services will be in touch with yourselves.”
