Cheryl is a Paralegal within our Residential Property team and has worked with Lindsays for eight years.
Cheryl deals with legal conveyancing and helps clients through the process of buying and selling their home. She helps clients through the whole process from dealing with missives, carrying out the conveyancing, through to conclusion. Cheryl also carries out re-mortgages, Discharge of Standard Security and transfer of titles.
She can also carry out the estate agency aspects of house sales from the initial quote through to price setting, marketing and the final negotiations.
